Disappointed

The product is average. The service is poor - extremely. I ordered 16 pairs of laces from Belaced. I received 15 pairs and I notified them immediately. I did not hear back from them until I sent a third email saying a pair of laces was missing. The response? “How odd..” After 3 more days and another email I get a reply stating that the laces were unavailable and another “how odd…”. I was told I could pick another product or get a refund. I chose a refund. No apology at any point of time. Never buying from them again.
